Tracy made Thing 1 and Thing 2 costumes for the twins and I dressed as the cat in the hat. The twins looked really cute.
This is a rare picture of the twins with their wigs. Tracy spent hours making these costumes and the twins absolutely hated waring the wigs.
All of the girls helped with the pumpkin. We had to keep Lilly from eating the seeds. We weren't too successful.
Lauren was Tinkerbell and Alison was our cute witch.
I decided to use a different method for carving pumpkins this year. My side of the family has somewhat of a tradition of combining fresh produce and power tools. It's a long story... but my dad would be proud!

Those costumes are amazing! I love those little Things.
Such cute costumes! Alison and Lauren look perfect and the twins are adorable. I always thought Steven looked like a cat. You did a great job Tracy!
Great job Tracy making the costumes- so impressive.
Also great job carving the pumpkin Steve.
Steve, you should wear that hat more often. The power tool for carving the pumpkin is a great idear!
Hey cute costumes!!!! Tracy what were you???? Stephen all I have to say is I love your tools and the way you think.
Nice to see you're keeping the Laverty family tradition alive!
Hi sweetie pies,
A great web site and fantastic photos. Loved the video of the pumpkin carving! Do not have them down here, so it made for an interesting conversation on "what is a pumpkin?" and "why don't you just use a machete!?"
Also here the idea of dressing up in costumes was fun to explain. We may start something here!!
Love to each of you.
